Lauren’s path to gut health wasn’t always clear. Growing up, gut health was the furthest thing from her mind. As she recalls, the younger version of herself wouldn’t have even recognized the ultra-runner and gut-health advocate she is today. At first, Lauren was just jogging a mile a day—not exactly the powerhouse you see now!
It wasn’t until after struggling for years with repetitive injuries and inflammation that she began to explore the connection between gut health and overall wellness. Her marathon attempts were plagued by these issues until she asked herself: What if my gut is not healthy enough to absorb all the good I’m doing for my body? 🤔

After years of marathon failures, she successfully ran a marathon just six months after healing her gut. In the months following, she went on to run 50 miles, complete an Ironman, and even tackle a 100K race! 🏅

- Balance is key—don’t fall into the trap of cutting out entire food groups. Your gut thrives on diversity!
