My Real Estate Journey: From 2005 to Now 🏠

As many of you know, I’ve been knee-deep in the real estate world since 2005. It’s been an incredible ride, filled with ups, downs, and everything in between. By 2012, I was all in, pursuing real estate full-time with a passion that kept me going even during the most challenging times. But here’s the thing—I’ve always kind of been a lone wolf. 🐺 Moving from one brokerage to another, I was figuring it all out on my own, navigating the complexities of the market with sheer determination.

Then something amazing happened. I crossed paths with Andy Carter. We initially met on the investment side of things, and let me tell you, it was like finding a missing puzzle piece. We’ve always worked really well together, but it wasn’t until recently that we started having these deep conversations about the potential we had to dominate the market—not separately, but as a team. 🤝

Andy and I have been having these meetings, brainstorming how we could collaborate and bring something new to the table. We’ve both been in the game for a while, but there was this undeniable synergy when we put our heads together. And guess what? Those conversations have finally taken the next step.

This opportunity is a game-changer for me. I’ve been in real estate for a long time, but there was a point not too long ago where I started feeling a bit… well, bored. 😅 I won’t say I retired, but I definitely stepped back to explore other projects. And while those projects were fulfilling in their own way, they just didn’t light me up like real estate used to.

Enter Andy. One conversation with him, and it was like someone lit a fire under me. 🔥 I felt that old passion reignite, the excitement that comes with helping people find their dream homes, the thrill of closing a big deal. It was all coming back to me, and I knew I couldn’t stay on the sidelines any longer.

So here I am, back at it full-time, and I couldn’t be happier. We’ve got some fantastic listings coming up—Huntington, Naples, Downey, you name it. It’s going to be an action-packed few months, and I’m thrilled to have you all along for the ride.
